Departure is my debut album, recorded on the west coast of Ireland together with producer Jack Talty and a small group of great Irish musicians. Swedish musician Esbjörn Hazelius, one of Scandinavia’s leading performers of Irish music, also contributes to the recording. The album consists mainly of traditional Irish tunes, with a couple of my own compositions included as well.
